Dear Sir,

In reference to our conversation about the use of the North Street Mission Rooms, I hereby agree to let it to your Board for Day School purposes from 31st December 1892 to 30th June 1896 at a yearly rental of £18, out of which I am to pay the caretaker for cleaning &c.

I understand that the Board will be responsible for such repairs or alteration as they may require, and that plans of such alterations will be shown me before the work is commenced.
