This new school has been recently opened, but the lighting is not quite satisfactory as the desks have had to be turned round to prevent the children working with the light behind them. The windows at the end of the main room should be lowered. There are too many children in the first standard for the classroom nor the desks suitable for the room. The children are orderly but their interest is not aroused nor their attention secured. The teaching is kindly but more attention to detail in all the work is necessary for it to be effective. Of the varied occupations Clay Modelling is the most successful. The registers should be signed by the correspondent

Report for the School Year ending April 1905
Discipline is good and there is improvement both in methods and attainment. The general condition of the school is now creditable. The children should be trained to read and speak distinctly and the occupations should be carefully graduated. The instruction of the probationers should be regular and systematic.
The attention of the managers is again directed to the unsatisfactory lighting of the principal room where the children are seated with their backs to the light. The small window in the gable should be made much larger and lower.
