School BoardThe usual monthly meeting of the Board was held on Monday evening, and there were presentMessrs. S. Knight (in the chair), G. Denton, N. Crick, G. H. Skinner, and J. Claridge. The Clerk reported that there was due on the loan account for repayment and interest, £78 14s. 9d. It was stated that the precept would be paid on Wednesday, and a cheque for that amount was signed. Upon the application of Mr. J. Claridge, the use of the Mixed School was allowed for the use of the Rushden contingent of the Crystal Palace Choir.
