N.B.—Also will be offered on the Second Day of Sale, upon the premises in Alfred-street, firstly as a whole: The Entire Stock and Plant of the Rushden Wear and Waterproof Leather Company. Or failing a purchaser for the whole lot, will then be sold in lots comprising: Lathe and 25 Man-drills, Washer Cutter and Knives, 4 sets Scales and Weights, Copper, quantity of Washers, Solution, Grinding Mill, Drums, Buckets, Pans, Tanks, Measures, etc.
