The shop at 45a High Street

Originally built in the mid 1920s for Yarde & Co, florists.

The Quick Turnover run by the Fett family established a fruit and vegetable shop in the premises.

Peter Fett, grandson of the founder renamed the buisness as M Jones & Co.

When he retired David Seabrook and his wife took over.

The shop at 103 High Street, formerly Mr Fett's "Quick Turnover", later his son traded here as M Jones & Son Ltd. When Mr Fett junior retired in 1983, David Seabrook took over the business and ran it with his wife. David's parents B J & E Seabrook kept a nursery in Hayway where they grew fruit and vegetables and flowers. David retired in 2008 and the shop closed.
