From the Oakley Arms (top left corner), the land on Wellingborough Road (left) and 'Knuston Road' (now Irchester Road).

A few houses were already built behind the Oakley, the top of Washbrook Road.

Off Wellingborough Road four roads are shown:- Gordon Street, Gravely Street, Beresford Street, and Stanley Street. The two latter were not completed.
