The little shop mid terrace in the 1950s was kept by Mrs E Homan.

The tower is at the old Fire Station built in 1902.

| Next to the terrace was the Co-op Milk Yard, where the bread and milk delivery vehicles were kept. A shop at the far end of the terrace was kept by A Allen. |
The terrace of cottages was demolished in 1965, along with old Dell Place cottages,
and the Co-op Yard, and a new Dell Place was built.
