The row was demolished in the 1960s with old Dell Place, and a new Dell Place was built on the site in 1968.

This row of cottages off Park Road was to be cleared in 1965.

The area was redeveloped in 1965/8, when the Co-op Yard, Cambridge Cottages and Old Dell Place were demolished and some new flats were built on the site.
