Substantial Windmill, convenient DWELLING-HOUSE,

At the George Inn, Raunds, on Thursday 22nd February 1912, at 6 for 7 o’clcok in the Evening, subject to such Conditions of Sale as will be then produced, by order of the owner, viz.:

Lot 1 — All that substantial Stone-built Windmill, together with the convenient Dwelling-house, Stabling, Garden, Orchard, Paddock, and appurtenances thereto belonging, the whole containing 2a. 0r. 0p. or thereabouts.

The Mill is comparatively modern and is very substantially built of stone, in thorough repair, and is fitted with patent sails, two pairs French burr stones and one pair greys, dressing and smutting machinery, hoist, etc.

The House contains four bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, pantry, wash-house, etc.

The Premises comprise barn with loft over, stabling for four horses, cart hovel, and fowl-house, and the Orchard is stocked with choice young trees.

There is an excellent supply of water on the premises. The whole of this Lot (excepting the Mill, at present unoccupied) is in the rental amounting to £21 per annum, tenant paying rates.

This Lot is Copyhold of the Manor of Raunds, but the fine being small and certain, it is considered nearly equal in value to Freehold.

Lot 2 — All that Plot of Freehold BUILDING LAND, eligibly situate in Manor-street, between the Conservative Club and the National Schools, abutting on to the footpath at the rear, containing 2,000 square yards or thereabouts.
