Assent 1946

By this Assent made this 30th day of January One thousand nine hundred and forty-six We Charles Warrington of Avenue Cottage Avenue Road Rushden in the County of Northampton Dairyman Edith Mills of Glatton* Avenue Road Rushden aforesaid widow and Ethel Watford of Glatton* Avenue Road Rushden aforesaid wife of Albert Watford the Executors of Samuel Warrington deceased who died on the ninth day of November one thousand nine hundred and forty four and whose Will dated the second day of August one thousand nine hundred and forty three was duly proved by us on the eleventh day of April one thousand nine hundred and forty five in the Principal Probate Registry DO as such personal representatives as aforesaid ASSENT to the vesting in the said Charles Warrington of ALL THAT messuage or dwellinghouse with the yard garden outbuildings and appurtenances thereto Adjoining and belonging known as Avenue Cottage Avenue Road Rushden aforesaid together with the piece or parcel of land thereto adjoining and belonging Which said property or the site thereof was conveyed to the said Samuel Warrington (together with certain other property since conveyed to the said Edith Mills and Ethel Watford) by a certain Indenture dated the 11th day of June 1915 and made between John Sutton of the one part and the said Samuel Warrington of the other part for an estate in fee simple AND we do hereby scknowledge the right of the said Charles Warrington to production of the Probate of the said Will of the said Samuel Warrington deceased and to delivery of copies thereof AS WITNESS our hands the day of year first before
