Samuel Hutchinson, draper, advertised in the 1898 Kelly’s directory and in Rushden Argus in 1897.

The shop was at 45 High Street next to the Union Bank.

The sign above the windows declares:

Milliner, Dress and Mantle maker,
Hosier and general Draper

The handcart (left) is Denton's


By 1901
Wm Tomlinson, tailor was here.

He stayed until 1910 ......

then C W Barker moved here from Wellingborough Road.
