L.A.C. BrownRushden Airman Killed

A Rushden airman serving with the R.A.F. ground staff in the Central Mediterranean, has lost his life as the result of enemy action. He is L.A.C. Reginald Leslie Arthur Brown, and his wife, at 112, Washbrook-road, was informed by telegram last Wednesday. L.A.C. Brown was 30 years of age and had been in the R.A.F. since June 1940. He went to North Africa in November 1943. He used to work for Messrs. Bignells Ltd. in Crabb-street, and used to attend the Park-road Baptist Church and Recreation Club. His mother, Mrs. E. Brown lives at 9, South-terrace, Rushden.
