Laying the railway track

We have three pictures showing men working on the track from Wellingborough to Rushden, in 1951.

This group of railway workers pictured in 1951, had laid a "prize winning length of track" Class A, for Northampton District.

Fred Lipscombe is far right in the top two pictures and 5th from the left in this picture.
