Motor Carriers to and from Northampton Daily

We desire to thank the public for their generous support during the whole time we have been in business, and wish to inform the inhabitants that we have also taken over the Carry Business conducted by

Clark & Co., Higham Road

and trust the public will continue to favour us with their generous support.

The business will still be carried on at

62 Moor Road, Rushden.

Lack Brothers started their carrying business around the end of WWI at 62 Moor Road, and by 1921 were confident enough to take over the established business of Clark & Co. who were trading from 68 Higham Road. By WWII they had opened an office and garage in Sartoris Road. After the war transport services were nationalised.
