W A Patenall & Sons

Mr Percy Charles Patenall

This firm commenced business in the year 1889, under the name of Messrs. Crick & Patenall and have done a considerable trade from the very commencement. Mr Crick died seven years ago, but the firm continued trading in the old name until this year, when the style of the firm was altered to Messrs. W A Patenall & Sons.

They produce very sound, reliable Gent’s, Youths’ and Boys’ footwear, and do a good trade abroad, particularly in South Africa. At the moment they are largely engaged upon Government work. Mr H A Patenall assists his father in the business, having been rejected for the Army, but Mr P C Patenall is doing his duty to his country as second Air Mechanic in the R.N.A.S.
