Boot & Shoe Trades Journal June 26th1914
Nurrish, Pallett and Co.

A large and growing business is being done by this firm, who produce some very fine lines of a medium grade. The factory is a modern one, well equipped with all the best machinery, and so fast is the business growing that extension may have to be made on land acquired for that purpose. The trade mark is "New Method" and there is a large turnover in this and other lines.

The firm make very fine goods in box calf, willow, glace, and all the latest leathers in M.S., F.S., and welted. Mr. J. W. Nurrish and Mr. S. A. Pallett are partners in the firm, and deserve well of the trade for their pluck and energy in reconstructing the business and making it one of the most flourishing in the district.
