Primrose League.—A meeting of the members of the newly-formed habitation of the Primrose League was held at the Conservative Club on Wednesday evening, Mr. Paul Cave presiding. Among the company present we noticed Mr. R. R. B. Orlebar (Hinwick), Dr. Bellew (Wollaston), Misses Evans (2), Dames (hon. sec.), Carter, Burton, and Lack, Mrs Reid, Mrs Barwick, Mrs Hornsby, Miss Baker, Messrs S T Karn, G H Skinner, C Barker, W E Thompson, G Heath (Rushden), Mr R W Briggs (Wellingborough) and others.—Mrs. R. R. B. Orlebar was unanimously appointed Dame President.—A code of rules and bye-laws of the League was submitted, and approved of by those present.—The meeting concluded with a Vote of thanks to the Chairman.
