Mr A E Wright, shoe manufacturer, Higham Ferrers, was installed worshipful master of the Pemberton Lodge (3,039) of Freemasons, at Rushden, on Thursday last, the 6th inst.

The installation of Bro. W W Rial as Worshipful Master of the Pemberton Lodge of Freemasons took place at the Queen Victoria Hotel yesterday week, and the following officers were elected: Wor. Bro. A E Wright, I.P.M.; Bro. W H Moody, S Warden; Bro. O Claridge, J Warden; Wor. Bro. Edward Jenkins, Chaplain; Wor. Bro. H H Hobbs, Treasurer; Wor. Bro. J T Reid, Secretary; Wor. Bro. Albert Ward, Director of ceremonies; Bro. B G Coe, S Deacon; Bro. F Selwood, J Deacon; Wor. Bro. T H Blair, Assist, D.C.; Wor. Bro. Orton, Organist; Bro. F J White, I.G.; Bro. Arthur Cave, Steward; Bro. S C Brightwell, Steward. There were many visitors and friends from all parts of the district.
