A school camp, the first Alfred Street School Camp, was held by kind permission of the Marquis of Northampton in the park at Castle Ashby. The camp, attended by twenty six boys was in charge of Mr. W. I. Jarvis, assisted by Mr. F. Wright of the South End School. The weather was perfect, there were no accidents. One case of illness was successfully treated. The conduct of the lads was exemplary. Great credit reflects upon the two masters and Scout Bugby. I attended daily to supervise canteen and stores.
