Houses, Windmill and Land at Rushden
To be sold by auction by Mr. Cleaver
At the Waggon and Horses Inn, at Rushden, in the County of Northampton, on Friday the 2nd day of August 1839, at Six o’clock in the evening.
(Late the property of Mr. Samuel Achurch, deceased.)
Lot 1 A Messuage or Tenement, and Bakehouse with the Yard, Barns, Stable, Cowhouse, Piggeries, and other Outbuildings, Orchard, and Garden thereunto belonging, containing altogether about an Acre.
The premises are well situated for a Baker, as extensive Business
having been carried on there for many years.
Lot 2 A Close of superior Town Land, containing by estimation Seven Acres, with the Tenement and Post Windmill standing thereon, late in the occupation of the said Samuel Achurch, adjoining the Turnpike Road
from Wellingborough to Bedford, and being within a few hundred
yards of the Village of Rushden.
Premises of both Lots may be had at Michaelmas next or sooner if the
Purchasers wish to complete their Purchase before that time.

About 3 Acres of Wheat,
About 2½ Acres of Oats, and
About 1 Acres of Beans.
Also a few Poles of Potatoes.
