Highly Important Sale of Three FRONT SHOPS, in the centre of the Town, with Dwelling-house, Offices, Factory, Large Yard and Appurtenances, to be sold by Auction, by

At the Coffee Tavern, Rushden, on Tuesday, 29^th October 1912, at Six for Seven o’clock in the evening, subject to such conditions of Sale as will be then produced, and in the following or such Lots as may be determined upon, viz.:-

Lot 1—All those Two excellent FRONT SHOPS (formerly one), together with the commodious Dwelling-house, situate and being No. 35 High-street, and together with the Large Yard, Factory with covered YARD at the rear, Garden and appurtenances. The shops and dwelling-house, together with the factory are occupied by Miss Hewitt, at a gross annual rental of £75 0s. 0d., and the yard is occupied by Mr. A. Nicholls, at a gross rental of £5 0s. 0d. per annum.

Lot 2—All that attractive FRONT SHOP, situate and being No. 33 High-street, in the occupation of Mr. A. Smeathers, at a gross rental of £40 0s. 0d. per annum, together with the convenient Offices over the same, which are occupied by Mr. F. Roberts, Incorporated Accountant, at a gross rental of £25 0s. 0d. per annum.

Lots 1 and 2 will be first offered together.

N.B.—Nearly all the Property is Freehold, except a small portion which is copyhold of the Manor of Rushden, but being fine certain, is practically equal in value to freehold.
