Thursday and Friday 15th and 16th of March 1838.

All the household furniture, Beds, Beddings, Paintings, Prints, Grand Six octave Pianoforte, Glass, China, Mahogany Dining Table, 3 Mahogany Sideboards, Mahogany cellaret, dumb waiters, 2 bidets, chairs, a reclining stuffed chair, invalid’s chair, and Brussels carpet 14 feet square and 13 feet square, parlour and bedroom carpets, hearthrugs, several portraits, paintings in ancient carved frames, stuffed birds, barometer, 8 day clock, 8 day timepiece, Mahogany and painted wardrobes, oak bureau and bookcase, chest of drawers, handsome swing-glass, chintz and window curtains. 37 volumes of racing calendars from 1784. Other old books, brass and steel fenders, fire irons, shower bath, cut glass, china tea service, dessert dishes, sandwich service, ivory halted knives and forks, dinner tray, milk pails, two meat safes, two salting leads, 2 barrel churns, copper, brass, and tin vessels, dinner service.

Also a useful milch cow, 4 wheeled pony chaise, harness, saddle and bridle, side-saddle.

The hall will be open for viewing furniture on Tuesday 13th instant, and printed catalogues of Auction at Mr. Whitten’s Printing Office, Wellingborough, “The Green Dragon”, Higham, “Waggon and Horses”, Rushden, and “Coach and Horses”, Rushden.
