Comprising 112 superior Leicester tupping ewes and theaves, 72 lambs, 18 fresh sheerlings, two good long-woolled tups, three down-calving cows, two down-calving cows, in full profit; three in-calf heifers, four good home-bred steers, three years old; one good home-bred steer, four years old; two sturks, one weaning calf, eight very useful draught horses and mares, bay mare, three years old; useful hackney, draught-horse foal, sow, down-pigging; sows and 11 pigs, 4 strong steers, 30 fowls, and superior wagon, on metal springs; three dung carts, with covers complete; neat family Sociable, with cushions complete; a neat Gig, two sets of harness. Five sets of trade and three of [thill] harness, compact turnip drill (by Howard); rick cloth, 60 yards by 8; sheep netting, long and short ladders, nearly new; dressing machine, field roll, long scuffler (by Ward) with extra shares; three sets of harrows, three iron ploughs (by Howard); patent turnip cutter, six dozen hurdles, nine sheep cribs, oak trees, six ash trees, two chaff-boxes, gate-posts, horse and cow cribs, set of draining tools, milk leads, churn, ki...s, pails, mash-set, coolers, tubs, &c., forks, rakes, drags, ...s, and numerous other effects.
