Walnut settee, lady’s and gent’s easy and 4 small chairs in tapestry, gent’s arm chair in pegamoid, mahogany revolving office chair, kneehole writing desk, walnut occasional table, small mahogany stand, 3-fold screen, 2 walnut frame overmantels, 5 Axminster carpet squares, hearthrugs, mahogany sideboard with plate glass back, mahogany extending dining table with 2 loose leaves, Angora table cover, massive marble clock, 2 divan chairs in saddlebags, 2 smoker’s arm chairs, 4 mahogany dining chairs in horsehair, pictures, ornaments, coal vase, oak hall stand, 8 day grandfather clock in oak case, wheel barometer, mahogany drop-leaf table, Axminster stair carpet, 17 brass stair rods and felt pads, superior walnut bedroom suite of hanging wardrobe with plate glass panel in door, 5 drawers and 4 sliding trays, 6ft. x 8ft. dressing chest with swing glass, marble top washstand with 2 drawers and cupboard, towel airer and 2 cane-seated chairs, 4ft. 6in. x 6ft. brass bedstead, box-spring mattress, invalid’s adjustable chair, mahogany commode, walnut suite of wardrobe with plate gall panel in door, 4ft. 6in. x 7ft. dressing chest with swing glass, marble top washstand, towel airer, and 2 cane-seated chairs, oak bedstead, box-spring mattress, single brass rail iron bedstead with wire spring mattress, marble top washstand and dressing table, mahogany swing toilet mirror, blankets, linen, slip mats, lino, etc., oak roll-top desk, mahogany arm chair in horsehair, mahogany sofa in leather, gilt frame pier glass, 2 deal tables with drawers, are and 8 Windsor chairs, oak medicine chest, 6 chairs, oak grained cupboard, deal cupboard, dinner, tea, dessert and glass ware, pair fish carvers and 6 fish knives and forks, sundry cutlery and table plate, oak grained dresser with plate rack over, mangle, set of 5 steps, copper warming pan, 2 clothes baskets, 3 zinc baths, salting lead, brushes, culinary requisites and miscellaneous effects, iron garden roller, lawn mower, galvanised iron water carrier, galvanised iron corn bin, sundry tools, etc.
