Sanders Lodge area

Sanders Lodge roundabout
The junction and roundabout known as Sanders Lodge.
Left is Templetons Garage and across the Northampton Road is
Croyland Motors (centre).

A farm originally, Sanders Lodge became the first "Industrial Estate" in Rushden in 1967/8 and has grown much over the last 50 years. The western part of the town is almost all industrial properties now (in 2018).

The roundabout joining Wellingborough Road with Northampton Road is now at the heart of the area, giving access to all the areas. Crown Park is one junction away, and Rushden Lakes (2017) is nearby.

Here are a few pictures around the junction, where some of the businesses have been since the first development of the area.

Home Outlet, formerly Cox & Wright &
White Arches Caravans.
