Crown Park

1990s - A need for more space took expansion to the end of Wellingborough Road. There was already an industrial estate there, but now another was needed, and so land behind the estate was next for development. Access was made from the Northampton Road.

A new Recycling Centre was built in 1993 where the old sewage works once were.

Safeway sold to Morrisons, but it was sold soon after.

Next it was a Waitrose - part of the John Lewis Partnership. Later a Petrol Station was added
