Samuel Hutchinson, draper advertised
in the 1898 Kelly’s directory.

Little other information has been found about him.

The shop was at 45 High Street next to the Union Bank. (tall brick wall on
right-hand side of High Street)

The sign above the windows declares:

Hutchinson
Milliner, Dress and Mantle maker,
Hosier and general Draper

Wm Tomlinson, tailor was here.

He stayed until 1910 ......

then C W Barker moved here from Wellingborough Road.
