Successful
Mr. John Nunley, 63 Upper Queen Street, Rushden, was one of 106 successful candidates in the Coal Utilisation Council's correspondence course examination "Domestic Fuel and its Use" held in April.

Mr. Nunley is employed by the Rushden Co-operative Society Ltd.

The correspondence course is part of the council's Diploma Coal Merchants' Scheme which has the object of stimulating the standard of service to the public for the coal trade.
