ARE favoured with instructions from A. T. A. Pryce, Esq.,
to SELL BY AUCTION, on Thursday, 9th February, 1882,
the following TIMBER TREES, viz., 31 Ash, 16 Elm, 3 Oak,

standing in the parish of Wollaston, on land in the occupation of Mr. F. Tarry, adjoining the main road leading from Wellingborough to Wollaston, and on Land in the occupation of Mrs. Christiana Jones, on the road leading from Wollaston to Podington.

The Ash Trees are long and straight and of large dimensions, two of the Oaks
and most of the Elms are large, and the whole of very fine quality.

Company to meet at the Field Gate, about a mile from the Wellingborough Station of the London & North-Western Railway, on the road to Wollaston, at Twelve o'clock, noon.
