At 4 for 5 o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then produced.

The plots which will be offered are numbered 6 – 16, and 26 - 39 on the Plan.

The Streets will be 30 ft. wide and most of the plots have frontages thereto of 66 feet, and contain in area from 1032 to 1,083 square yards.

Possession will be given on payment of a deposit of 10 per cent on the purchase money, and the balance may be paid within one month, or at the option of the purchaser by instalments spread over a period of 4 years, in the latter case interest on the balance owing from time to time will be charged at the rate of 5 per cent. per annum.

A Free Conveyance to purchasers. Tithe Free and Land Tax redeemed.

N.B.—The Lots having frontages of 66 feet to the several streets may be divided into two plots of 33 ft. frontages to suit purchasers.
