Produce Show at Chequers Inn
Service Men See Own Fund Supported
For the third year a show of garden produce—held in the R.A.O.B. room on Saturday and Sunday helped the Serving Men's Fund connected with the Chequers Inn at Higham Ferrers.
A few of the fund's 104 members, home on leave, were among the many visitors, and they learned that the show was the best of the series, with 121 entries and a good general standard.
