The fifth annual performance of this society will be given in the Public hall, Rushden, on January 16, 17, 18, and 19, when Shakespeare’s favourite comedy, “Much ado about Nothing” will be presented, the cast being as follows:-

Mr. W. Hewitt will act as the stage manager; Mrs. W. S. Brown will conduct the orchestral band; and the Rev. J. G. Forest is training the choir. Superb dresses are being supplied by Messrs. Hyman and Co., of London, and the scenery, which is most effective, is from Messrs. E. V. and A. Williams, of London. The Mayor and Corporation of Higham will attend the Thursday performance.
