The Rushden District Scout Council also published this book for the History of 75 Years of Scouting in Rushden.

1,000 copies were printed by J.F. Cook & Sons (Printers) of Rushden at a total cost of £2,045.

David Carr assisted in the setting out of the book.
The Editorial team included:
Rose Bass, CSL 4th Rushden
Dawn Bugby, 2nd Rushden, and
Pat Jackson, District Secretary.

Among the free copies were ones sent to the Chief Scout and the County Commissioner.

Selling price of the book was £2.50.

Canon Michael Wilson,
the District's chaplain, lead the service.
Assisted by Canon Brian Frost of the St. Peter's Catholic Church.

The Address was given by Rev. Frank Smith of Raunds Methodist Church.
