Gillian Romesburg (nee Walding) has sent this photograph from her home in Henderson, USA and tells us that the group was associated with St. Mary's Church in the early fifties. They used to meet in a house in Griffith Street, on the left hand side as you come down from Park Road (Mrs Bradshaw's) and they all thought the house was enormous as most of them lived in terraced houses.

Gillian has provided the names of the girls that she remembers but can only recollect that they learnt Bible verses but feels that the group must have met for more than that. All of the faces are familiar to her but she is interested in finding the names that have slipped her memory.
