ARE instructed by the Executor of the late Mrs. ELIZABETH WAGSTAFF, to Sell by Auction, on Monday, 8th March, 1880, upon the premises of the Chequers Inn, Yelden, the whole of the effects, comprising mugs, jugs, and glasses, 2 oak dining tables, round and square stands, 12 Windsor chairs, 3 elbow chairs, 2 case clocks, corner beaufet, fenders and fire-irons, 8 pewter plates, about 2 dozen wicker-seated chairs, forms, deal tables, crockery, 2 ancient delft teapots, culinary utensils in copper, brass, iron, and tin, several bedsteads, 4 excellent feather beds, 2 flock beds, 2 sets of drawers, wash stands, dressing tables, swing glasses, mahogany night commode, druggetting, 12 silver teaspoons, 4 silver table spoons, 2 linen chests, churn, milk tins and pans, &c.

The out-door effects comprise 20 head of poultry, winnowing machine, bushel and strike, pony harness, tools, chaff box, wheelbarrow, ladder, corn bin, bee hives, stock axe, forks, sieves, pig trough, useful wood, &c.
