At the New Inn, in Thrapston, on Tuesday the 23rd day of October instant, at Four o’clock in the afternoon (unless previously disposed of by private contract), subject to such conditions of sale as will be then and there produced.
All that Messuage or dwelling-house and Windmill, with the Barns, Stable, Yard, Garden, Orchard, and Two Paddocks thereto adjoining and belonging, situate and being in Raunds aforesaid containing by estimation three roods or thereabouts, and no or late in the occupation of Mr. James Pentelow.
And also all that Close of Pasture Land, adjoining in part to the before-mentioned premises, and containing by estimation three roods or thereabouts.
