A dance was held in the Temperance Hall on Saturday, arranged by the Misses Pollard and Lawrence, for the benefit of Mrs. T. Tansley of Rotten Row who has been ill for some months. There was a large company. Messrs. W. Knighton (piano) and W. Burton (violin) were the musicians and Mr. D. Bamford acted as M.C.

BowlsRushden Foremen beat Raunds Foremen at bowls on Monday by 64-44.
On Feast Monday a dance was held in the gardens of “Ashfields” in aid of the Coffee Tavern Football Club.
