Fusilier Dies of Wounds - Notification to Parents at Rushden
News has been received by Mr. and Mrs. J. Johnson, of 112, Wellingborough-road, Rushden, that their younger son, Fusilier Harry Johnson (Royal Northumberland Fusiliers) has died of wounds.
Fusilier Johnson, who joined the Army about 18 months ago, formerly resided at 22, Pen Green Flats, Corby, and was employed by Mr. A. Robinson, Grocer, of Corby. He was 20 years of age.
His brother, Private Jack Johnson, of the Northamptonshire Regt. was among those evacuated from Dunkirk.
