In Memoriam

In ever-loving memory of Pte ARTHUR R DENTON, killed in Palestine, Nov. 2nd, 1917; re-interred in Gaza Cemetery.

His toils are past, his work is done,
And he is fully blest;
He fought the fight, the victory won,
And entered into rest.

From his loving mother, dad, brothers and sisters at home and abroad.

In loving memory of our dear brother Pte ARTHUR R DENTON, entered into rest, Nov. 2nd 1917.

Fondly we loved him - he is dear to us still,
But in grief we must bend to God's holy will.
Our sorrow is great, our loss hard to bear,
But the angels, dear brother, will guard you with care.

From his loving sister and brother and children, Brantford, Canada.
