The renewal for a petrol licence in 1968 followed the sale of the property, 118a High Street, from B Keller & Son to J J Osborne.

A 500 gallon petrol tank was installed probably in 1964 when
the licence was first paid at 10s per year.

In 1969 it was transferred to J J Osborne and now cost £2.
