Mr Hart's Taxis

Mr John Hart was the proprietor, and he also kept the Cedar Café.

The family lived at 20 Church Street, in the 1950s and the café was at 24.

Mrs Joan Hart was a renowned musician, and member of the Town’s Womens’ Guild, and conductor of the Adult School Women’s Choir. She was the accompanist for the Vic Riches Band, and the Girls' Choir in 1950s.
