Workmen's Compensation Act — We hear following the fatal accident to Mr. Jim Bennett at the factory of Messrs. Radburne and Bennett, Ltd., the London and Lancashire Fire Insurance Co. have paid to the registrar of the County Court the sum of £218 14s 9d. for the benefit of the widow and children of the late Jim Bennett, being 3 years' wages, his employers being insured with that Company.
