Long service employees 1950
Work stopped for a few minutes at Messrs Eaton’s factory, Rushden, on Friday to allow a photographer to take a picture of seventy-year-old Mrs Edith Parker, who was celebrating her birthday, and her daughter, Mrs E G Robinson, who works in the closing room with her.
Also on the picture are six long service employees, Mrs D Sparkes, Miss E White, Mrs L E Payne, Miss J Pettit, Mrs A R Ward, and Miss M Cotter, with forewoman, Miss E Pollard, in the centre of the back row.
