Although but recently established, the firm is fully qualified to give the utmost satisfaction in the class of business specialised. Mr. W. H. Davison has had previous experience as a Manufacturer, and a practical connection with the trade extending over twenty-eight years, whilst his partner, Mr. W. Dilley, is amongst our best known “men on the road”, having a twenty years’ experience in this capacity. The factory is equipped with the most up-to-date plant, and, of course, all Lasts and Patterns are quite new, so that Styles are strictly modern. All goods are made for hard wear, and a speciality is made of All-Leather Footwear.
Messrs. Davison made a promising start with the Civilian Trade, but for some time the whole of their output has been devoted to the manufacture of Footwear for the Allied Armies, and will be so devoted for some time to come. The constant call for their productions, however, augers well for the future, and buyers for the Wholesale and Shipping Markets would be well advised to inspect the productions of this enterprising firm.
