John Cave & Sons 1907

The company was reformed in 1907 with Mr Albert Ernest Marlow and Mr Paul Cave as the two directors, the former being chairman.

A single preference share each was taken by Paul Cave, Amos Cave, Frederick Cave, Arthur Cave, Hubert Wm. Miller, Amy Bessie Miller, Alfred Goodman, and Thomas Benj. Bainbridge.
