George Ward married Hannah White

Hannah was the daughter of George White and Jemima (nee Cuthbert) of Irthlingborough, and a sister of John White.

In later life
George & Hannah lived at 4 Lilly Terrace, Irthlingborough and had eleven children. Mary was the first born, followed by George 1894, Edith 1895, Winifred 1897 (died in infancy), Philip 1899, Frederick 1902, Ralph 1904, Thomas 1906, Gertrude 1909, William 1911, and Ellen (later Amos) 1913. In later life Hannah became wheelchair bound as she suffered with arthritis.
