A wedding between Miss Kathleen Dixon, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Dixon, 31 Denmark-road, Rushden, and A.B. Cyril Edwin Waller, Royal Navy, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Waller, 15 Carnegie-street, Rushden, took place at Rushden St. Mary’s Church and was conducted by the Rector (Rev. E. A. Green).

The bride, given away by her father, wore a blue morocain two-piece with navy blue feathered head-dress and veil and navy blue shoes and gloves. She carried a spray of orchids and was not accompanied by bridesmaids. Mr. R. Waller, of Rushden, was best man.

A reception was held at the Working Men’s Club, and the wedding cake was made by the bride’s aunt. The couple will make their home at 31 Denmark-road.

Messrs Wadsworth Bros supplied cars for the wedding.
