Tebbutt—Cross

A Very Pretty Wedding took place at the Park-road Baptist Church on Tuesday.
The contracting parties were Miss Amy Cross, daughter of Mr C Cross, of Grove-street, Rushden, and Mr S J Tebbutt, of Northampton. The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr J Cross, was attired in white silk, with wreath, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet, the gift of the bridegroom. The chief bridesmaid, Miss S Cross (sister of the bride) and Miss E Cross (niece) wore grey voile dresses, lined with heliotrope, and black picture hats. Two little girls who were also in attendance on the bride, Miss Lillie Mardlin and Miss Mabel Bailey, nieces of the bride, were also attired in white silk. The presents were very numerous and handsome and included:- Bride to bridegroom, gold albert; bridegroom to bride, gold brooch; bridegroom to bridesmaids, gold brooches.
