On Wednesday, September 27^th, at St. Mary’s Church, Rushden, Miss Florence Louise Cox, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. Cox, 86 High-street South, Rushden, married Mr. Douglas Walter Ridgewell, of South Wales.

Given away by her brother, Mr. Cecil Cox, of the R.A.F., and attended by her niece, Miss Phyllis Drage, of the W.A.A.F., the bride was dressed in powder blue with black accessories and carried pink carnations.

The service was conducted by the Rev. E. A. Green. After a short reception at the bride’s home, the couple left for a honeymoon in Wales.
