Rushden Echo, 30th July 1920
Pack – Hulatt

A pretty wedding was solemnised at the Park-road Wesleyan Church, Rushden, yesterday morning, the Rev. C. Evans, F.R.A.S., officiating. The contracting parties were Mr. Arthur Pack, second son of Mr. and Mrs. John Pack, of “Hollybank,” Finedon-road, Irthlingborough, and Miss Frances Ethel Hulatt, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. Hulatt, of Glasbrook-road, Rushden. The bride, who was given away by her father, was tastefully attired in grey gabardine with hat to match. She carried a sheaf of lilies and wore a gold brooch, being gifts of the bridegroom. The bridesmaids in attendance were Miss Blanche Hulatt (bride’s sister), and Miss F. May Pack (sister of the bridegroom), who were sweetly attired in dresses of hyacinth blue crepe de chine with Tuscan hats trimmed to match. They carried bouquets of pink carnations and sweet peas, and wore gold brooches, also the gifts of the bridegroom. The duties of best man were ably carried out by Mr. John Pack, brother of the bridegroom. A reception was afterwards held at the bride’s home, only the immediate relatives being present. Mr. and Mrs. Pack left amid hearty wishes by the 1.21 train en route for Brighton, where the honeymoon is being spent. They were the recipients of many handsome and useful presents.
